We are using a new Online Registration software. If you are registering yourself or a camper for the first time in 2025, you will need to Create a New Account. Your Login from previous years will not work!
Group Leader Dashboard
Group Leaders can access all essential information to manage your church group. See who has used your church Transfer Code along with each camper’s progress and make a payment for your group.
Important Information:
If your church pays any portion of your Registration cost, please contact them before registering to get their unique Transfer Code to use during payment.
The Registration Fee ($50 for Summer Camps and $25 for Retreats) is a non-refundable deposit.
You are not fully registered (spot reserved) until all forms are completed and the Registration Fee is paid.
Late Fee – Registration Costs for Summer Camps will increase by $50 two weeks before each Summer Camps and for Retreats by $10 one week before each retreat.

Available Discounts
Early Bird Discount
$10 will automatically be deducted for all Youth Camps (Beginner Camp Excluded) if registered online by April 15.
Discount will be automatically deducted at check-out if registered on or before April 15.
Family Discount
$20 off each camper of families that have 3 or more campers in their immediate family attending Youth Camps (Beginner Camp is excluded but a Beginner Camper can count as one of the three children attending for the summer).
Discount may be requested during the online check-out when prompted.
Pastor/Assistant Pastor Discount
Pastor/Assistant Pastor’s immediate family members may attend all events for 50% off the registration cost. Applies to Youth Camps, Family Camps, and Retreats. No other discount may be combined with the Pastor Discount except the Early Bird.
Discount may be requested during the online check-out when prompted.
Scholarships
Limited Camper Scholarships are available for needy campers. Please contact the Camp Office for more details.
